Ride-along with the Los Angeles Police Department
LAPD offers Ride-Alongs for candidates that have taken & passed their Multiple Choice (MC) Test, have attended at least one session of the Candidate Assistance Program (CAP) for physical fitness conditioning, and have successfully completed their pre-employment polygraph examination. LAXPD Recruitment Unit offers Ride-Alongs for candidates who have taken & scored higher than 50% on their Physical Fitness Qualification (PFQ) and have met with their Background Investigator.
